Hello! This is Dawn, and I hope I can teach you some French. ^.^

Here are the basic words! I'll be adding the pronunciations soon. 

Bonjour - good day, used for "hello"

Aurevoire - to next time, used for "goodbye"

Salut - greetings; used for "hi" or "bye"

Maison - house or home

Chat - cat

Chien - dog

 Fille - girl, also "daughter"
Garcon - boy
Fils - son
Enfant - child
Homme - man
Femme - woman
Papa - dad or daddy
Maman - mum or mummy
Père - father
Mère - mother
Soeur - sister
Frere - brother
Oncle - uncle
Tante - aunt
Grandpère - grandfather
Grandmère - grandmother
Pépé - granddad/grandpa
Mémé - granny/grandma
Livre - book
École - school
Elève - pupil
Institutuer - teacher
