Avvy G's Stories
I am Jordan, I live in the small down of Sanitysville, I would say it had too much sanity though. I live in one of those really old houses from when the town was made. But, my house is from before my town was incorporated into the state of Main. It's old.. And I can't believe no one bought it! It's like a mini castle. My room has lots of song posters and old CD's that I found in the basement. The floors are all creaky.. and all the walls are made of stone. I sleep in the steeple type thing on top. It's small.. But I love it. Anyway.. to the Story.
Whatever. An original short story by Avvy G
Insanity to a new level.
As I walked through the long corridors of home, I noticed vases and other antiques I've never seen before. I was heading to the basement, where I keep on finding stuff I love. That is music, probably my favorite thing in the world! I continued walking until I got to the small door that lead to the basement. I opened it and headed down. I fiddled my hands over the wall for the light switch. I hit it, and looked down. A cat was there. I loved cats, yes cats are cute, but my mom tells me that if I find a stray inside, chuck it out. I wanted to keep this one though. The cat was cream colored and light furred, and she had this weird blue marking over the middle of her eyes. She was adorable, I'll tell you that. "Here kitty!" I said, my hands open, as if wanting a hug. The cat obediently walked up the steps and greeted my by jumping into my outstretched arms purring. I petted her, surprised to find her fur was silky. "You have a name?" I asked in a small voice. No. Name me. A voice told me in my head. I felt myself believe this, so I thought. "Do you have a favorite thing?" Music. Yes. I remember now... But not everything. I'm Symphony! My voice told me again. "Symphony? Is that what you would like? My head tells me that." Yes. I love that name... Where is Staccato? Where is she?
The voice told me again. "Who the heck is Staccato?" I muttered to myself. Well for heavens sake my sister! How can you not know? The voice told me. "Wait a second.." I stammered. "Your talking to me!" Well, yes. How am I not? Anyway, I just remembered, no humans live here. What are you doing here?! Mouth open, I backed away. I shut the door and turned of the light. "MOM! There is a cat in the basement! Can you help me get it out?" I shouted. How dare you? I can't wait 'till I remember everything. Then I'll have a reason to- I ran away before I could hear the rest. There was hissing and scratching when I returned with my mom. I HAVE REMEMBERD! YOU BAFFOON! The cat screeched in my head. My mom must have heard it too, because she was as pale as snow. Fully armed, she opened the door. Two cats lunged out. One was barely seeable, but she was scratched and tattered. She was a dead cat, she was a ghost. Of what was once Symphony was now a demon. Meet Staccato... And meet the real me. Stupid Human. I screamed, and I looked over. Staccato was gone, and mom looked WEIRD. She was pale and had eyes that where green. Then I felt a sharp pain and something go down my throat, and it was all black.
Symphony was glad she took the human's body. She needed to use it to find Todd. She looked at the sign. It read "Entering Sanitysville, but then, paint peeled off, revealing the true name. Insainityasville.

ReplyDeleteCool!!!!
Awesome!!!!
thank you so much! It's not meant to be negative to cats, kind of just about a story I write called Sprit's Shine because (spoiler) Symphony gets defeated by Todd because she turns out to be a mega demon and goes rouge. >:) Her memory is wiped out, and her parents know what she is, so they lock her in the basement where she will not escape. This is 11 years after that event :)
ReplyDelete:O~!
DeleteXD :O Is a very good expression. I'm making another story about Symphony and her secrets, and what Todd thought she was :)
DeleteCool! I can't wait!
DeleteMy corner is.. so... MUSICY. I'm going to add music to this. (actually the same one)
ReplyDeleteBBWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I'm sorry. I love this song.
DeleteO.O
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid of my cats now. LOL.
Good story though! I like it a lot. Especially the end. Heehee.
I wrote a creepy story that is kinda like this one. (It doesn't have the same plot or anything, but it has that kind of creepy vibe to it, ya know?)
DeleteAnyways, here it is! (I hope you don't mind me commenting my story.)
THE PIZZA MAN by RainbowRider
I ran as fast as I could, dodging growing rain puddles as I went. Thunder boomed in the distance, getting even closer the faster I ran. My heart thumped wildly against my chest and my lungs burned, but I wasn't going to stop running until I got out of the rain.
I could hear the cold, sharp raindrops hitting the hood of my deep purple Aeropostale hoodie. I snuggled deeper into it, shoving my hands deep into the pockets, trying to suck some warmth out of it. But all I managed to do was slow myself down, so I just kept running, not worrying about getting myself any warmer.
Finally, I couldn't stand the rain anymore. My house was still a couple of blocks away and, believe it or not, it was beginning to rain even harder. So, I ducked into a pizza shop called "Slices and Spices", eager for a dry space, some warmth, and maybe even a couple slices of pizza.
The moment I got into the cozy little restaurant I felt right at home. It was a small little place, but it was still really nice. The small tables were scattered all around the building, each one covered in a red tablecloth. There were speakers built into the ceiling that were streaming calm country music (a Taylor Swift song was playing at the moment) and suddenly, I felt like I could stay in this little restaurant FOREVER. I was just about to go up to the counter and order some pizza when I heard a voice behind me.
"It sure is raining out there, isn't it?" The voice said. I turned to face the person who spoke, a chill running down my spine. The voice, I could of sworn I had heard it before. It was dark and menacing, yet strangely calm and welcoming, inviting me into the warm depths of misery, driving me insane...
I shook my head. There was something wrong here. I could feel it in my bones. But yet, I couldn't leave. Not until I had had some nice, warm pizza. No, not yet. I had to stay just a little bit longer.
But then, I saw the face of whom had spoken to me. I saw the face of the voice that I was sure I had heard before.
I watched in horror as the chocolate brown eyes of an old man turned a dark, blood red. His nice, warming smile was now a horrendous grin, his yellowing teeth crooked, sharp, and bloody. And his face, once just a normal face, was deformed; messed up. His skin was so pale it looked white. And he was coming closer...towards me...pulling out a knife...
Delete"Hey kid, are you okay?" a voice, a nice voice, said. I blinked and all of the images of the demented creature left my mind so suddenly it was as if I had been awaken from a dream.
"Huh, what?" I muttered, rubbing my head. Suddenly, I began to panic. There was someone in front of me! But it wasn't the creature. It was the kindly-looking old man, the one who had transformed into the creature. I expected than in any minute now, he would show me that horrendous grin and he would pull out his knife and...but no. His eyes were filled with concern.
"You don't look so good kid," he said. "Why don't you sit down?" And I did. I sat down. The man went back to the counter and started messing around with dough, just as any other guy who worked at a pizza parlor would. He watched me for a minute and then asked, "So, kid, what's your name?"
It took me a minute to reply. What was my name again? I shook my head to clear it. I was going C-R-A-Z-Y.
"Alexis," I replied, regretting it the moment the word came out of my mouth.
"Alexis," the man repeated, rolling the name around in his mouth. "Why don't you tell me your parent's number? I bet they're wondering where you are." And I did. I gave the man my dad's number. He called my parents and, a few minutes later, there was my dad, walking through the door of "Slices and Spices".
The older man was all smiles when my dad came to pick me up. He even gave us a box of free pizza.
Even though the man was so nice, I never forgot that face. And even sometimes now, years later, I'll sit down to have some pizza. And when I do, when I take that first bite, that face will flash into my mind. And it'll say, "It sure is raining out there Alexis, isn't it?"
DUNDUNDUN! XD
So, what do you think? You want some pizza? Lol! ;D
Nice!! Awesome story!!
DeleteI just ate pizza, funnily enough! :3
